Construction Administration
- Provide project documents to client in a variety of formats to be used for bidding and construction
- Assist clients throughout the bid evaluation process
- Respond in a timely manner to information requests from the field (RFI’s)
- Review contractor submittals and coordinate with project stakeholders to ensure project performance goals are met
- Conduct on-site inspections throughout the construction phase and maintain punch-lists to document completed and open items
- Review TAB reports for system performance
- Start up services – monitor system operations and review control sequences
- Review project construction change requests
- Review contractor application for payment
- Owners rep services, including on-site construction oversight and progress tracking
- Schedule and milestone tracking and reporting
