The Liebert Engineering team provided design and construction support services for the installation of a Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer (RTO) and emissions collection system at Campbell Soup manufacturing facility in South Plainfield, New Jersey.
Leibert Engineering worked closely with the Owner and RTO manufacturer to ensure goals for VOC capture and destruction were achieved. Design services included new process exhaust headers, exhaust fans, process dust collection system, process vessel capture calculations (EPA method 204 for 100% capture of fugitive emission), electrical power, compressed air, and natural gas.
